O'Loughlin's

Established in 1986, O'loughlin's Restaurant is located in the College Parkway (Bay Hills) Shopping Center in Arnold, Maryland. Pronounced (O-Lohk-lin's), the restaurant is named after Proprietor Tom Crawford's mother's maiden name. A favorite with the Annapolis area folks, O'loughlin's offers great food and drink served in a friendly, casual atmosphere.
