Established in 1986, O'Loughlin's Restaurant is located in the College Parkway (Bay Hills) Shopping Center in Arnold, Maryland.Pronounced (O-Lohk-lin's) the restaurant is named for Proprietor Tom Crawford's mother's maiden name.
